Anett Posalaki, a London based photographer created this photo series in collaboration with choreographer and performance artist Magnus Westwell Magnus.(they/them) They are currently a Young Associate Artist at Sadler’s Wells in London. The series is a visual representation of the recurring anxieties and circulating feelings experienced by big city life and capitalism.

„I moved to London about a year ago and I tried to transform the fears and anxieties of that period with the help of dance and photography. My goal was to convey feelings that I had not experienced before. This anxiety was generated in me by the big city, which can be compared to eternal wakefulness. The city never sleeps and we just wait for the sunset, which never comes“.
